If anyone wants a straight forward and a pleasant buying experience, IAB is the place to go. I bought a 2007 Lexus ES350 after searching for nearly 6 months. Joe, was very helpful in describing the car and did a walk thru which was unheard of. He explained all the details on the car and it helped me make a decision without looking at the car. The car was described in detail and every bit of it was true. I called with a few more questions and talked to Cedric. It was as if I knew him for years. A very helpful individual with very good listening skills. It was hard to believe as they did not know how serious I was and explained every question I had. I live in WV and all along I was thinking a car buying experience has to stressful but IAB was very helpful and patient. There was no pressure at any given time to buy. Kristy and Mandy helped a lot with financing and paperwork. Remi picked me up from the airport and talked about how they operate the business. When I got there, I was received by Joe and Cedric and they introduced themselves and basically offered all the help. Well, the best is yet to come. I wanted a few more cosmetic and detailing done on the car. This is where I met Steve, a indidvidual who just details cars. Joseph and the rest of the staff were very helpful, honest and up-front. Great customer service all-around. It was the only time I've purchased a car and not felt like I was being taken. I looked at several IS 250's (probably 20-30) in the past month, and IAB by far had the best vehicles at the best prices (in a 100 mile radius at least). All of their cars are VERY clean and in great condition. I purchased a 2 year old car that looks brand new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hi Cedric (and everyone else!), I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help while purchasing my car. While it can be a daunting task, especially for a first vehicle, you all were very helpful. From the moment I called (and a WHOLE lot of phone calls to follow) you all were very patient and informative, when you had no idea how serious of a buyer I was, which in the end paid off. Coming from out of state, I had nothing to rely on about information for your dealership except what I read online. I am typically a skeptical person, but I came to realize everything I heard was true. And my mom who is even more skeptical is already passing your name around! My car was in good condition when I took it to get a check-up a few weeks after I purchased it. I shopped around for months to find the perfect car and you all gave it to me at the perfect price. I have a friend who drove from North Carolina to Savannah to buy a base model IS 250 and she paid way more than I did for my premium package. I had dealers continuing to call me and see if I was still interested in cars I test drove and when I told them how much I bought my car for, even they were suprised. Although I suspect my car will last a good long while, you all have definately made a customer for life. Everyone thought I was crazy for driving 6 1/2 hours to go buy a car, but you absolutely have the best prices from NC to FL. And even if you ever didn't, your attitudes and dedication to the business would be reason enough to return.
